Job Title: ESG AnalystLocation: Rotherham (fully site based)Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Elevation Tech & Transformation are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join one of our key clients in Rotherham. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in sustainability, data analysis and reporting.
You’ll play a key role in collecting, validating and analysing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data, supporting the organisation’s sustainability initiatives and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities Collect, validate, and analyse ESG data across the organisation, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and workforce metrics Support environmental and sustainability reporting processes Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor KPIs and ESG-related risks Gather and organise ESG data and supporting documentation for internal reporting, external stakeholders, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SECR) Assist in preparing emissions data for CBAM reporting, including coordinating data collection from production teams and suppliers Contribute to ESOS reporting activities Support the calculation of projected emissions for capital expenditure projects Develop and maintain documentation for data collection processes, identifying opportunities for improvement Skills & Experience Degree in sustainability, environmental science, finance, data analytics, or a related field Experience in data analysis, ESG, or a similar related role Exposure xwzovoh to a manufacturing environment Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Advanced Excel skills or the ability to quickly develop strong IT proficiency Understanding of spreadsheet development, including documentation and error-checking practices Ability to manage and interpret data accurately This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in ESG within a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience in sustainability reporting and data analysis in a growing and evolving field.
