ERP Senior Analyst-SCM SME

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will serve as the primary SCM functional expert across various modules including Inventory (INV) , Purchasing (PO) , Order Management (OM) , Advanced Pricing , and iProcurement , with a focus on India Localization for GST , TDS , and other local requirements. Key Responsibilities: Functional Leadership: Act as the primary SCM functional expert for Inventory , Purchasing , Order Management , Advanced Pricing , and iProcurement Lead solution design workshops and gather business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications (FSDs) India Localization Expertise: Drive the implementation of India-specific localization features in Oracle Implement GST , TDS , and localization for Receivables and Payables Ensure compliance with Indian statutory and regulatory frameworks Work with Oracle's India Localization module (Oracle Financials for India) Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SCM modules in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 based on business requirements Define item setups , inventory organizations , and procurement workflows Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles Ensure integration with Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business users , technical teams , and project management Conduct workshops , CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and user demos Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation phases: Requirement gathering , design , build & configuration , testing (SIT, UAT) Go-live & hypercare Ensure deliverables meet timelines , scope , and quality standards
