Job Description
Key Responsibilities : β Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. β Generate and qualify new sales leads. β Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team. β Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions. β Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems. β Support the sales team in preparing proposals and follow-ups. β Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. β Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements : β Bachelorβs degree in Technical or Masterβs degree in Business and Marketing with a Technical Background. β 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β Strong interest and Passionate towards sales and business development. β Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude. β Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. β Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tools is a plus. β Experience dealing with EMEA and USA customers. β Availability in Office from 2 PM to 11 PM. β Should be comfortable working in any shift. Preferred Skills : β Lead generation and prospecting β Negotiation and relationship building β Basic understanding of sales processes β Strong presentation skills
