Engineering Program Manager – Medical Device (Danvers)

We’re Hiring: Engineering Program Manager – Medical Device Location: Danvers, Massachusetts (Hybrid - Preferred Local Candidates only) Type: W2 Contract Duration: 12 Months About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at a leading medical device manufacturing site. This role will drive planning, execution, and successful deployment of MES while ensuring minimal disruption to production and smooth transition to steady-state operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle MES program delivery (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality) Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendor coordination Drive system integration (ERP, training systems, equipment connectivity) Oversee go-live, hypercare, and operational transition Ensure compliance, change management, and site readiness Provide executive-level reporting and program insights Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes Required Skills: 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience Strong experience in MES implementation Experience working in manufacturing or medical device environments Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs Nice to Have: Experience with BPCS ERP Experience with SAP.
