The product is widely adopted and commercially critical, but the engineering organisation is now investing heavily to modernise architecture, raise standards and accelerate delivery. You’ll step into a deeply technical environment spanning distributed systems, evolving microservices and large-scale platform change. This is a leadership role where you shape both people and platform.

The Opportunity About the Role Manage and mentor engineers across seniority levels Drive planning, delivery and technical direction Partner closely with product and senior technical leadership Improve engineering processes, quality and developer velocity Stay technically credible through design input, PR reviews and guidance Help define future technology and architecture direction You’ll own outcomes, team health and technical standards.
