Our team comes from companies like Airbnb, Spotify, Bridgewater and LinkedIn.
Our mission is to build the first system‑of‑action for go‑to‑market teams, starting with an end‑to‑end platform powering warm outbound. Today, outbound sales is dominated by cold, mass outreach that floods people’s inboxes and converts to deals at a tiny rate. We’re building a platform to power warm outbound, allowing go‑to‑market teams to get in touch with the right people at the exact time they’re looking for a solution.
We’ve grown revenue 8x year‑over‑year and are already serving customers like Guru, Justworks, Together.AI, Flock Safety, Hightouch and more. We’re a high‑energy, high‑intensity team and have raised $58M from Thrive, Emergence, OpenAI and others. Come join us in changing how go‑to‑market works.
About The Role As an early Engineering Manager at Unify GTM, you’ll be stepping into a rare opportunity: shaping the DNA of an early‑stage, high‑velocity engineering org that’s building with the leading edge of AI. You’ll lead one of our core product pods, owning delivery, quality and team health while partnering closely with product and design to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll also help set the foundation for how we scale: our culture, our systems and our standards of technical and operational excellence.
This is a high‑impact, high‑trust role at a moment of rapid growth, perfect for someone who wants to build, lead and grow alongside an ambitious team. What You’ll Do Lead a core product team: Manage, coach and grow a group of high‑performing engineers while keeping your finger on the pulse of technical work. Own delivery: Collaborate with product and design leads to scope and ship product initiatives that are customer‑centered, fast and reliable.
Level up our systems: Continuously improve engineering processes from planning to observability to CI/CD to support rapid iteration and scale. Lead by example: Participate in code reviews, design conversations and incident response to stay close to the craft. Build the team: Recruit, hire and onboard top engineering talent as we grow the org 3x+ in the next 12 months.
Shape culture: Foster a team environment grounded in ownership, speed and empathy for each other and for our users. Who You Are You bring 6+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years of engineering management in fast‑moving environments. You’ve built and led teams at early‑stage startups, shipping high‑quality software under tight feedback loops.
You’re a strong technical leader who knows how to set a high bar and inspire others to reach it. You’re at home in high‑autonomy, high‑accountability environments and energized by building from scratch. You’ve worn multiple hats and love the chaos of early‑stage: recruiting, writing code, running retros, debugging prod or tweaking the roadmap.
You care deeply about people and invest in helping others grow both technically and as teammates. You move fast, stay scrappy and always prioritize impact. Our Stack We use a modern, high‑performance stack: TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, Temporal and LLMs.
Familiarity is great, but what matters most is your ability to learn fast, lead with curiosity and raise the bar. Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $225,000-$295,000 (based on experience), with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) options. This position is onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, offering the invaluable opportunity to work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
