Accountabilities Manage and coach a team of engineers responsible for tools, pipelines, and workflows. Offer technical leadership on developer productivity and architectural decisions. Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop a roadmap focused on developer satisfaction.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high expectations within the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of full‑time software engineering experience. Proven track record of leading high‑output teams in dynamic environments.
