Job Description Job Description Engineering Manager Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid onsite Employees : 500+ Industry : SaaS Position Reporting To: Director of Engineering We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a cross-functional team of talented full-stack and test engineers working on large-scale SaaS platforms. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, and you’ll oversee planning, architecture, delivery, and career development for your team. Most Important Responsibilities : Hire, lead, and manage a technology/engineering team of 5+ Own end-to-end software development lifecycle and deliver high-quality releases in Agile environment. Partner with product management to translate requirements into executable plans. Build, own, and operate reliable systems, services and user experiences. Establish and maintain technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices. Remove roadblocks and ensure consistent, predictable team delivery. What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization: 7+ years of software engineering experience with operational experience leading high-performing teams. 2+ years of direct people-management experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience Full-stack proficiency with NodeJS, JavaScript/Typescript, React technology stack.

Familiarity with tools like AWS, GitLab, Confluence, Heap, Split, Datadog Proven ability to decompose complex technical problems into small, user-valued deliverables.
