Engineering Labourer Shift Pattern: Days, Monday to Friday £We are recruiting an Engineering Labourer to support an established engineering function at a busy industrial site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with basic engineering knowledge who enjoys practical work, supporting engineers, and contributing to the smooth running of maintenance operations. The role offers day shifts only, a stable weekday pattern, and ongoing training opportunities for the right candidate.

Carrying out general site and engineering maintenance tasks in line with skill level Safely moving equipment and materials using mechanical handling equipment (training provided where required) Recording work activities using a computer-based work order system Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices Basic engineering knowledge (essential) Mechanical handling licence (e.g. FLT) Engineering background or relevant technical qualifications Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Monday-Friday day shifts Ongoing training and development Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
