Job Description
Description of the Work Task Personnel Management: Staff/Worker scheduling according to SAP worklist. Staff/Worker training as well as supporting employees in their measurement tasks and reacting flexibility in the event of staff absences. Conduct annual employee appraisal.
Disciplinary responsibility for adherence to deadlines/delivery date. Responsibilities: Evaluate Manufacturing processes based on Quality criteria such as efficiency and speed. Study production and machine requirements.
Organize and Manage manufacturing workflows and resources. Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality. Train staff in new and existing processes.
Technical Skills/ Process Knowledge: Knowledge preparing routings and work flow through drawings. Knowledge of working with SAP. Knowledge of raw material grades and alloys.
Knowledge of cost analysis of parts. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance. Project Management skills.
Problem-Solving ability. Quality Control and Assurance: Implementing and Maintaining quality standards through manufacturing process to ensure parts meet specifications. IV Planning: Carry out investment planning for parts manufacturing area.
Documentation and Reporting: Preparing and Maintaining documentation related to parts manufacturing. Generating reports on Back logs, Peffi Meffi, Lead time. Preparing presentations for improvement potentials and projects.
Education: B.Tech Mechanical; Diploma preferred from CTR. Technical: Tool Room Engg. Experience: 5-6 Years Work experience in Tool Room and Machine Part manufacturing
