Job Description
Job Summary Hardware Test Engineer responsible for developing test infrastructure, validating performance, and ensuring quality of power electronics systems at Daanaa Resolution. Responsibilities Design, source, build, and commission power test stands for power electronic products. Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to implement and execute test plans, supporting scalable testing from prototypes to production volumes.
Develop automated test workflows and ensure all test data is captured, stored, and organized in a structured, accurate, and traceable manner. Execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and quality of power electronic, analog, and mixed‑signal circuits. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system and circuit‑level issues, leveraging data to identify root causes and drive resolution.
Produce detailed technical documentation and communicate design decisions, trade‑offs, and results with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications 3–6+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably within power electronics or mixed‑signal systems. Hands‑on experience designing and building test systems or test infrastructure.
Experience executing and validating test plans in collaboration with hardware and/or firmware teams. Strong experience testing power electronics, analog, or mixed‑signal circuits. Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters, and electronic loads.
Experience with test automation, scripting (Python, LabVIEW, or similar), and data acquisition systems. Understanding of data integrity principles and ability to design systems for reliable, structured data capture and storage. Strong debugging and root‑cause analysis skills.
Detail‑oriented with ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually.
