As our teams grow, we seek our next Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing: Ensure that the equipment and plant are maintained.

React to breakdowns quickly and efficiently. PLC fault finding to input and output level. Electrically and mechanically skilled, an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification (C&G 2330 or similar).

Qualified to (or be prepared to qualify to) Electrical Installations BS7671:2008 (2382-15) 18th Edition and upgrade as new Editions are released. Preferably holding an HNC (Level 4) or equivalent qualification in an electrical/mechanical engineering discipline and previous control/instrumentation experience would be highly desirable. Understand OEE and equipment performance metrics.

Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to record planned maintenance and reactive tasks. Experience with bakery machinery.
