This is a hands‑on delivery role that blends project management, consulting, and business analysis—ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and impact. You’ll be in the driver’s seat from discovery through delivery, keeping teams aligned, risks controlled, and outcomes on track across AI and enterprise SaaS engagements.

What You’ll Do You own and lead client engagements end‑to‑end, from discovery to go‑live You drive use case definition, business process analysis, and requirements gathering You manage engagement governance including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting You act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across customer and internal teams You partner with technical teams to shape AI and conversational solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, or Slack You maintain strong delivery cadence through clear communication, demos, and proactive issue management You champion quality, consistency, and adoption through structured delivery and change management You will make a great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience in consulting or services as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Business Analyst Proven delivery experience in complex, fast‑paced enterprise environments Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS implementations Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models An ownership‑driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks and drive outcomes Nice to Have CBAP, PMI‑PBA, CSPO, or similar certifications AI or automation training (e.g., Microsoft AI Fundamentals, UiPath, Dialogflow) Comfort operating in global delivery models with cross‑regional stakeholders
