Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Responsibilities Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient. Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities while balancing the needs and comfort of the patient. Demonstrates accountability for ethical behavior and supports ethical practice by addressing or escalating issues. Advocates for patients by delivering holistic care practices. Recognizes and adapts to changes in a patient's condition (e.g., labs, vitals, test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
Utilizes SBAR to notify physicians and other providers of clinical findings; conducts nurse-to-nurse reports at the bedside. Qualifications Associate of Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing, or Master of Nursing (upon hire as applicable) Registered Nurse โ AZ license (upon hire) Two (2) years of emergency department RN experience Basic Life Support (BLS) โ CPR (upon hire) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) โ (upon hire) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) โ (upon hire) Pay Range $35.00 - $58.63 /hour Where You'll Work St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ โ a 571-bed not-for-profit hospital known for quality care and medical education, including affiliated centers and a Level I Trauma Center. #J-18808-Ljbffr
