Job Description
£40,000 – £50,000 DOE | Company vehicle and tools | Clear progression Field-based role covering Yorkshire and the surrounding region. Home/van-based with occasional visits to the Leeds depot. You'll be the go-to technical specialist for a well-established employer in the drives and power electronics space, installing, commissioning, maintaining, and fault-finding ABB variable speed drives across industrial and commercial sites.
What you'll be doing Installing and commissioning VSD inverters on customer sites Planned and reactive maintenance across the region Fault diagnosis under time pressure Remote support: programming, parameters, performance optimisation Service reports and job records What you need Electrical engineering qualification (degree, HNC or HND) Hands-on experience with inverters or drives.
