Job Title: E-commerce / Operations Lead Company: Sotbella Location: Noida, Sector 88 Work Mode: Onsite (6 days a week) Joining: Immediate About the Role: Sotbella is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented E-commerce / Operations Lead to drive and scale end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can lead platform performance, streamline operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces) Own the complete order lifecycle including order processing, inventory planning, and fulfillment efficiency Drive catalog management strategy including product listings, pricing, and content optimization Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations Develop inventory forecasting models and ensure optimal stock availability and replenishment planning Oversee returns, exchanges, and customer escalations with a focus on improving customer satisfaction Define, track, and improve key business KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, fulfillment SLAs, and return ratios Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, sales strategies, and platform promotions Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements and automation Lead, mentor, and manage a team of executives to drive performance and accountability Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in E-commerce / Operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Deep understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain operations Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and scalability Immediate joiners preferred
