Ecommerce Analyst

Title: BA - eCommerce Experience 8+ years Location- Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune Notice Period: upto 15 days Job Description Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into clear functional & technical specifications for Adobe B2B commerce and financing workflows Work closely with product owners, UX, engineering, and integration teams to define APIs, data flows, and system behaviors Analyze and document end-to-end journeys: onboarding, catalog, orders, payments, financing, and settlements Support SME finance use cases such as credit assessment, BNPL, invoice financing, and partner referrals Own user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT support across marketplace and finance modules Ensure alignment between business goals, platform capabilities, and regulatory constraints Required Experience & Skills 5+ years as a Business Analyst in e-commerce / fintech / marketplace platforms Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (B2B exp preferred) Strong understanding of SME lending, trade finance, or embedded finance concepts Techno-functional skills APIs, integrations, data models, workflows Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience with ERP / CRM integrations (Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.) Exposure to AI-driven workflows or digital onboarding / KYC Experience in GCC, emerging markets, or SME ecosystems
