Language Requirements: English Level 4-Advanced Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada only Join us as a volunteer and play a vital role in empowering our partner, The HEART Trust Foundation, by enhancing their Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems. Your efforts will help them gain deeper insights into the impact of their programs and improve the effectiveness of their governance processes. Your support will be integral not only at the central office but also at their branch in Kingston, giving you a diverse and enriching experience.
Assist HEART Trust in carrying out a specialized needs analysis and SWOT assessment of their internal processes concerning operations and programming. Contribute to enhancing existing operational procedures for tracking and reporting the institution’s performance. Assist in the evaluation of programs to finalize monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reports and reviews.
Provide training to staff on accountable strategies for monitoring the effectiveness and impact of program monitoring and evaluation approaches. University degree in project management, monitoring, and evaluation Experience collaborating with Senior Managers, implementing projects, and applying project management strategies. Proven expertise in capacity building and organizational development.
