At Leatherman Tool Group, we build tools that last a lifetime—and we’re looking for a leader who can do the same with our growth strategy. We are seeking a Director of U.S. Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and elevate our presence across retail, e-commerce, and strategic channels.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing sales strategy while developing a high-performing team. The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—you’ll define where we go and ensure we get there. You’ll partner across the organization to align go-to-market plans, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable results.
