Overview The Director, Regional Aftersales is responsible for driving service revenue, working in tandem with Regional Aftersales team, to build and maintain strong relationships with Nissan and Infiniti Retailers through the development and implementation of strategies to enhance performance. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Provide Regional Aftersales Support Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with Dealership personnel to support continuous improvement and revenue growth Engage with Key Markets Identify and prioritize engagement with selected key markets as designated by the Region to maximize impact and results Consult with Underperforming Dealers: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored strategies to optimize Aftersales performance Collaborate with FOMs on ODM Recommendations Partner with Field Operations Managers to develop objective-driven recommendations that align with dealership goals Communicate ServiceDrive Updates: Regularly inform dealerships and field teams on ServiceDrive enhancements, best practices, and key performance indicators Conduct SAVE (Cancellation) Meetings: Lead and facilitate SAVE meetings to address potential cancellations, ensuring Dealerships are aligned with revenue retention objectives and improvement strategies Qualifications Who You Are What youโ€™ll bring with you: 5+ years of experience in automotive marketing Responsive, Resourceful, Proactive, Positive and Self-motivated attitude Experienced with automotive sales, including ad/marketing agency, OEM, and dealers Proven success in launching products, growing revenue, and maintaining client satisfaction Strong understanding of SaaS and direct channels IE CTV, OLV, direct mail, email, social, display and paid search channels Exceptional presentation and communication skills for both executives and field sales team Why you might stand out from other talent: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear revenue impact Strong organizational and program management skills with attention to detail and alignment to company goals Experience in account management and client services with a focus on long-term success Demonstrates mentorship and continuous improvement Additional Information The Power of One starts with our people! Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
