Job Description
The Sales Director is responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting janitorial services to businesses within the hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet clientsβ facility needs. Key Responsibilities Business Development, Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify, research, and pursue potential clients.
Conduct cold calls, walk-ins, networking, and follow-ups to generate leads. Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Develop and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to assess client facility needs. Deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service solutions. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and facility managers to drive repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with operations to ensure services meet or exceed client expectations. Communicate customer feedback to support continuous service improvement. Present and promote services aligned with client needs in the hospitality sector.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in accordance with company guidelines. Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs. Provide insights on market conditions, service opportunities, and pricing strategies. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in janitorial, facilities management, hospitality, or service-related industries preferred). Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust with a variety of stakeholders. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet client demands. Number of new contracts signed monthly/quarterly.
Revenue growth from new client acquisition. Proposal-to-close conversion rate. Number of qualified prospects added to the pipeline each month #J-18808-Ljbffr
