Director of Portfolio Development – Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are hiring a Director of Portfolio Development to join our growing corporate team. Responsibilities Identify and track all new third‑party management business opportunities (new development, current for‑sale, and existing under‑performing assets in the market). Maintain a CRM database system to keep records of ownership and opportunities up to date.

Develop an innovative and successful method of connecting with key decision makers within the industry. Quarterback internal discussions surrounding new and pending opportunities. Keep a running schedule for all proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Chart, graph, and explore new data acquired from within the business to help our ongoing investment strategy. Gain a strong understanding of property operations and investment strategy. Develop a concerted routine for meeting brokers, bankers, lawyers, developers, and other stakeholders related to the multifamily industry.

Develop a ‘student of the industry’ entrepreneurial interest in the multi‑family business. Qualifications BA/BS degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a consultative selling capacity with a track record of success. Significant client management experience.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, tenacious, and able to handle multiple concurrent projects. Thrives on an entrepreneurial environment and is independently capable of strategically and efficiently using resources for production. An engaging, charismatic personality capable of adapting to various pursuit, owner, broker, and financier styles.

Ability to approach pursuits strategically, to understand and utilize available resources to maximize effectiveness. Ability to objectively analyze winning and losing engagements and adapt to changing environments to maximize effectiveness. Experience within the real estate industry; multifamily preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Earth. Experience in underwriting and budgeting, preferably in multifamily. Benefits Employee rent discounts.
