Director of Offering Development - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Product Strategy - REMOTE. In this role, you will integrate public health, research, policy, and technology to create scalable market‑ready offerings.

You will be at the forefront of developing a product strategy, transforming complex client work into standardized solutions. This position requires you to be an internal entrepreneur, leveraging insights across various teams to design and implement effective products. Your success will hinge on your ability to influence stakeholders and shape new operational paradigms.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate pursued opportunities. Define offering concepts including value propositions and success criteria. Develop business cases for executive investment decisions with financial validation.

Oversee productization ensuring concepts are consistently delivered for clients. Coordinate go‑to‑market readiness in collaboration with growth teams. Monitor offering performance and make recommendations for investment.

Champion cross‑cutting offering opportunities leveraging combined capabilities. Establish and maintain a product‑management cadence with reviews and feedback. Requirements 10+ years of experience in product management or offering development.

Proven track record in building or scaling an offering management function. Ability to influence leaders to adopt new service packaging strategies. Experience in financial modeling and developing business cases.

Skill in translating technical capabilities into market‑facing propositions. Comfort in operating across organizational boundaries to influence outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations.
