Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with 5G Core + 4G LTE + IMS Ability to design and explain end-to-end network + roaming architectures Deep understanding of signaling + user plane flows Experience with roaming (MNO, MVNO, global interconnects) Proven experience mentoring and leading engineers technically Ability to whiteboard: 5G SA/NSA flows End-to-end call/data flows Experience working in implementation + build environments (not just strategy) Strong troubleshooting + deployment background #J-18808-Ljbffr
