Part-time position: 4 hours per day Role Overview Our client is scaling across Europe, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can turn expertise into pipeline. This is not a “posting content” role — it is a revenue-impact role . You will own the end-to-end digital demand engine: from brand positioning → content → outreach → funnel → qualified leads .

Your mission is simple: Turn content into conversations Turn conversations into qualified leads Turn leads into revenue opportunities You will work closely with leadership, recruitment teams, and sales to position XFactor as a trusted execution partner in IT, Finance, and outsourcing services . Key Responsibilities Branding & Demand Generation Own and execute strategy (company + founder branding) Build high-impact content: posts, carousels, newsletters, and thought leadership Run targeted campaigns (organic + paid, retargeting, engagement funnels) Drive outbound prospecting using Sales Navigator + automation tools Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, CIOs, CTOs, and Founders Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion rates ✉️ Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing Design and execute cold outreach + nurture email sequences Build segmented campaigns using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc) Write high-converting B2B email copy (cold, warm, and re-engagement) Launch and manage monthly newsletters (insights, hiring trends, case studies) Improve open rates, CTR, and reply-to-conversion performance Campaign Strategy & Funnel Ownership Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (, email, content, landing pages) Build lead magnets: reports, salary guides, hiring insights, eBooks Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels Own key metrics: CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline contribution Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, and offers Content Marketing & Positioning Translate internal expertise into market-facing content Collaborate with recruitment & finance teams for insights-driven content Repurpose content across blogs, , email, and campaigns Build authority in IT hiring, finance recruitment, and outsourcing solutions Craft messaging that resonates with decision-makers, not job seekers
