We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Clerk to join our busy transport team in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 19:30 – 04:00 (Night Shift) Pay Rates: Starting from £13.29 per hour Increasing up to £14.89 per hour Key Responsibilities: As a Despatch Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient transport operations. Your duties will include: Briefing drivers before their shifts, ensuring they have all relevant route and delivery information Debriefing drivers on return, collecting paperwork and updating records Despatching drivers for collections and deliveries in a timely manner Monitoring vehicle runs to ensure schedules are met and operations remain compliant Communicating with drivers and internal teams to resolve any issues Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems What We're Looking For: Ability to work well as part of a team Strong communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Reliable and punctual Previous experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided. xwzovoh Why Apply?
