Demand Generation Manager

Job Title: Performance Marketing & Demand Gen Manager Location Pune About Celoxis Celoxis is a leading Project Management and Work Management platform helping organizations worldwide streamline project delivery, resource management, and business operations. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth through paid acquisition and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.

Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition. Execute full-funnel campaigns targeting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise audiences. Conversion Rate Optimization Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and website experiences. Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Clarity, and other analytics platforms. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline Contribution, and Revenue Attribution.

Build performance dashboards and generate actionable insights for leadership. Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. Collaboration Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Support product launches, feature releases, webinars, and strategic marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Remarketing, and Display campaigns.

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and CRM platforms. Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
