Delivery Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365) About the Role R Systems is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Delivery Manager to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice Lead/ Delivery Manager in Noida/Chennai/Pune. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex D365 CRM implementations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, technical integrity, and client satisfaction.
You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving innovation and operational efficiency across a diverse portfolio of international projects. This is an opportunity for a visionary leader to mentor a high-performing workforce and shape the future of our Dynamics practice. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, from project initiation through to deployment and support.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure all milestones are met with the highest quality standards. Foster strong partnerships with global clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for delivery escalations. Guide and mentor professional development for the technical team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing solutions to keep delivery on track. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to contribute technical expertise to proposals and solution designs. Optimize internal delivery processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and service consistency.
Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in IT services, with a significant portion dedicated to project or delivery management. Expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem (D365/Dynamics 365 CRM). Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, CCaaS Modules.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery for multi-million dollar global projects. Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Functional or Technical). PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
Experience in pre-sales support and contributing to Request for Proposals (RFPs). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) integrations. Experience Level 12+ Years of Professional Experience.
As a senior leader, you are expected to operate with high autonomy. You will demonstrate a mastery of the D365 landscape and possess the executive presence required to manage large-scale teams. Your experience should reflect a consistent history of delivering high-value digital transformation projects while maintaining healthy profit margins and workforce stability.
