Job Title:- Delivery Manager Location:- Bengaluru, India (Onsite) Experience:- 10–15 Years Employment Type:- Full-Time This is a diversity role. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software development and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of software products, platforms, and enterprise applications. Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs across diverse technology stacks.
Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and engineering practices. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Facilitate regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and project governance activities.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate delivery risks proactively. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Technical Leadership Collaborate with architects, engineering managers, product owners, and QA teams.
Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support cloud transformation, modernization, and DevOps initiatives. Guide teams on best practices for software development, security, scalability, and performance.
Team Management Lead and mentor project managers, Scrum Masters, developers, testers, and business analysts. Drive team performance, accountability, and professional development. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, project management, or technology delivery. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs and distributed teams. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud solutions, APIs, and digital platforms. Proven experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and project governance. Technical Skills Delivery & Project Management Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Waterfall and Hybrid Delivery Models Program and Portfolio Management Risk and Dependency Management Technology Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Microservices Architecture API and Integration Platforms DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Enterprise Application Development Tools Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Microsoft Project ServiceNow GitHub/GitLab Power BI Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Certification.
Experience in Banking, Fin tech, Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, e-commerce or Telecom domains. Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and digital transformation programs. Experience managing globally distributed teams.
