Data Engineer

Microsoft Fabric Engineer/Lead – Data & Analytics We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric Engineer/Lead to join Olam's data & analytics team, supporting our global agri-commodity operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end platform setup, solution design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Fabric across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Own the Microsoft Fabric environment setup and governance; architect and design scalable data pipelines, lakehouses, and semantic models Develop and deploy analytics solutions aligned to agri-business use cases (supply chain, trading, Sustainability) Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements: 5+ Years in data engineering/analytics with hands-on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse experience Strong skills in PySpark, SQL, Power BI, and Data Factory; Experience with medallion architecture and cloud data platforms; Ability to lead technically while communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Agri or commodities domain experience is a plus.
