Bachatt is on a mission to bring over 30 crore Indians to invest in mutual funds, and generate wealth beyond the usual instruments of FDs and Post Office schemes. Further, the vision is to empower them to access the full suite of financial products like loans, insurance and credit cards, in a simplified and curated experience, like an offline insurance or mutual fund agent provides them. The company was founded in November 2024 and raised over $15 million in two rounds of funding, by leading marquee investors of the likes of Lightspeed Venture Partners, Info Edge Ventures and others.

Founders : Anugrah Jain (CEO), Ankur Jhavery, and Mayank Agarwal About the role: Years of experience: 2-4 years Key Responsibilities -Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines -Work with large datasets related to lending, transactions, and user behavior -Develop ETL processes for clean and reliable data flow -Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions -Optimize data architecture for performance and scalability -Build data models and ensure data quality & integrity -Support analytics, dashboards, and reporting needs What We’re Looking For Strong foundation in SQL and data structures Proficiency in Java (or similar language) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) Experience with tools like Airflow, Spark, Kafka, or similar Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) Familiarity with data warehousing concepts Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Good to Have Understanding of fintech / lending domain Experience with building dashboards or analytics systems Why Join Bachatt Work directly with founders and core team High ownership -build systems from scratch (0 → 1) Fast growth and steep learning curve Opportunity to shape the data backbone of a fintech product
