Data Analyst

About the Position Sudhanand group seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, VBA, BI tools, and AI/ML techniques. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization, along with the ability to apply machine learning and artificial intelligence methods to support data-driven decision-making across business functions. About the Role Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation. Automate repetitive data tasks using Python and VBA.

Create dynamic dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

Apply AI/ML techniques for predictive analysis, forecasting, and advanced statistical modeling. Provide support for data-driven strategies, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and process optimization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and Excel, including advanced functions and macros. Hands-on experience in SQL for querying and managing databases. Experience with VBA scripting for task automation in Excel.

Proficient in at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and their application in business context.
