Data Analyst

About the Role: Data Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets. In this role, you will act as the vital link between raw data and actionable business insights, ensuring that all research and reporting are conducted with the highest accuracy, data security, and adherence to strict analytical standards. Core Responsibilities Data Management: Coordinate daily data activities, including data mining, cleaning, and transformation to ensure datasets are ready for modeling and reporting.

Compliance & Security: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources and ensure all handling of sensitive information aligns with data privacy laws ( GDPR/CCPA ) and internal SOPs . Data Integrity: Perform accurate validation within databases and ensure the principles of data quality and consistency are upheld throughout the lifecycle of the project. Business Intelligence: Monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) and report anomalies or significant trends promptly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Quality Assurance: Author and maintain technical documentation and assist in internal audits to ensure data governance and reporting requirements are met. Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for department heads to translate business requirements into technical data specifications. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Required).

Experience: 0–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or academic research environments. Technical Skills (Required): Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and management. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI , or Looker .

Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for statistical analysis. Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in Data Analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
