About the Role We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst who will lead the development of business intelligence capabilities across the organization with a primary focus on Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and actionable insights. Reporting to the ViceâPresident, Business Technology, this role is accountable for delivering highâquality, timely, and businessârelevant reporting, and will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the organizationâs data and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis, Business Insights & Sales Reporting Collaborating with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to translate business insight requirements into technical solutions.
Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models for executive, operational and sales reporting, and analyzing data from different systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Partnering with teams regarding reporting procedures and/or discrepancies to establish controls and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports. Automating recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Managing enterpriseâwide sales reporting in the system. Data Management & Optimization Maintaining and managing data management strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Supporting data governance and quality initiatives across the organization.
Project Management Collaborating with development partners and internal departments to implement solutions and ensure timely completion of projects. Communicating progress and status updates to internal departments and management. Qualifications Bachelorâs degree or College Diploma in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Business or Economics or relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst role within the financial services industry. Excellent Power BI and Excel skills with the ability to learn business technology applications. Strong knowledge of wealth management and related processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce data and reporting capabilities. Strong analytical, written and documentation skills. Strong communication skills, strong team player, selfâstarter and ability to provide training to staff.
Benefits Annual salary (hiring range): $70,000 - $90,000 (subject to the candidateâs relevant experience, qualifications and skills), plus annual ShortâTerm Incentive Plan (STIP) bonus. Premiums are paid by the company, with the exception of LTD premium.
