Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our author growth systems. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to market trends, author engagement, and sales performance to provide actionable insights.
Your daily tasks will include data modeling, conducting statistical analyses on marketing funnel efficiency, and communicating findings to the design and marketing teams. This role requires a collaborative approach to support data-driven decision-making that directly impacts the success of the authors and publishers we serve. Key Responsibilities Trend Analysis: Analyze data from the publishing industry to identify emerging design and genre trends.
Marketing Optimization: Model and track the performance of organic traffic systems and AI-driven marketing campaigns. Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the creative and technical teams to refine backend services based on statistical evidence.
