Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Customer Service Consultant based in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction by resolving concerns, offering guidance, and delivering professional and empathetic communication to foster long-term relationships. The Consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement in service processes. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience management.
Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive client relationships. Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and resolution. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage customer needs efficiently. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous.
