Join a dynamic team as an Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing customer relationships. This position, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Support, is key to client interactions and project management. As an Account Manager, you will oversee all customer-related activities, ensuring timely communication and quality service.

With a strong emphasis on business development and account retention, you’ll facilitate project meetings, manage risk analysis, and collaborate closely with teams to drive success in the manufacturing or aerospace sector. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer activities including contract updates and quotations • Participate in project meetings and record key decisions • Track action items and facilitate change management • Identify and propose process improvements • Retain client portfolios and explore new business opportunities Requirements: • DEC in Business Administration or relevant field • Over 3 years of experience in account management • Project management experience is advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems • Fluent in French and advanced English for client support Grow your career in a challenging role that combines client management with strategic project oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr
