CSR Impact Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager Cell / Unit: CSR Cell โ€” University Reports To: CSR Lead Location: University Campus CTC: โ‚น10 Lakhs p.a. ABOUT THE CSR CELL The CSR Cell is an independent unit within the University, dedicated to building structured corporate social responsibility partnerships with companies, foundations, and industry bodies. The Cell focuses on channeling CSR funding into scholarships, skill development programs, and employability initiatives that benefit students โ€” particularly those from underserved and economically weaker communities.

The Cell operates with full autonomy, managing its own outreach, proposals, compliance, and impact measurement โ€” functioning as a professional fundraising and partnership unit embedded within the University ROLE PURPOSE To track, measure, and report the real-world outcomes of CSR-funded programs โ€” ensuring that every rupee of corporate funding is accounted for with verified data on student beneficiaries, training completion, and placements. The Impact M&E Manager is responsible for producing credible impact reports that reinforce donor trust and support renewals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and maintain the M&E framework for all CSR-funded scholarship and skill development programs Track enrolled scholarship beneficiaries across academic progress, attendance, and completion milestones Collect and verify data on skill training outcomes โ€” attendance, assessments, certifications, and job placements Produce quarterly and annual impact reports for each corporate CSR donor โ€” verified, auditable, and visually clear Manage and update the CSR Impact Tracking Dashboard with current beneficiary and program data Coordinate with academic departments, placement office, and program coordinators for ground-level data Develop beneficiary case studies and success profiles for inclusion in donor communications and proposals Provide data support to Partnership Managers preparing new CSR proposals Ensure impact documentation meets corporate donor requirements and statutory compliance standards Conduct periodic field visits to verify beneficiary data and program delivery quality QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field 3โ€“6 years in monitoring & evaluation, impact assessment, or program data management in the social sector Experience of managing data for CSR-funded, donor-funded, or government-funded programs preferred Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage Strong grasp of social impact measurement โ€” SROI, theory of change, output/outcome frameworks Clear, structured report writing for non-technical corporate readers KEY SKILLS M&E framework design โ€” logical frameworks, theory of change, output/outcome mapping Quantitative and qualitative data collection, cleaning, and analysis Translating data into compelling impact narratives for corporate donors Dashboard and tracker management Beneficiary survey design and field data coordination Structured report writing in English Accuracy and consistency when working with large beneficiary datasets KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS 01) All quarterly and annual donor impact reports submitted on time โ€” zero delays 02) Beneficiary database accuracy maintained at 98%+ with regular audit-readiness 03) Impact Dashboard updated fortnightly with current program data 04) Minimum 4 beneficiary case studies produced per academic year 05) Zero outstanding compliance gaps on active CSR-funded programs HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates may email their updated resume, educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, record of experience of managing data for CSR-funded, donor-funded, or government-funded programs and a brief cover letter to osd.admin@vupune.ac.in LAST DATE FOR SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION: 27/05/2026 The University is an equal opportunity employer.
