Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. Create performance marketing video ads for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms with a focus on engagement and conversions. Edit UGC (User-Generated Content), creator videos, testimonial videos, founder-led content, and product demonstration videos for D2C brands.
Design motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video quality and storytelling. Create engaging video creatives for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Performance Marketers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to convert campaign concepts into high-performing video creatives.
Ensure all video deliverables align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output. Optimize videos for different social media formats, including Reels, Stories, Shorts, Feed Ads, and Display Ads.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging content formats to continuously improve creative quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or with D2C brands. Experience editing videos for multiple clients simultaneously, particularly fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media videos, UGC content, paid advertising creatives, and motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant editing tools. Experience with motion graphics, animation, typography, transitions, and sound design.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative and video editing tools is an added advantage. Good understanding of social media content, digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing creatives. Strong storytelling, visual composition, pacing, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple projects efficiently
