The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will be responsible for managing multiple live projects simultaneously, coordinating closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution and successful handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from start to finish Manage programme schedules, budgets, and project performance Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements and site standards Chair and contribute to site meetings, reporting progress to senior management Oversee quality assurance in line with drawings, specifications, and regulations Coordinate with internal teams, including QS, procurement, and head office Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation Support resource planning in collaboration with senior leadership Candidate Profile: 15+ years’ construction industry experience Minimum 5 years in a Contracts Management role Proven track record delivering €10m–€30m projects Strong background in conservation, residential, and commercial construction Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline Strong leadership and team management capability Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of delivery What’s on Offer: This is a chance to join a respected contractor delivering meaningful, high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
