M&E Contracts Manager West Midlands M&E Contracts Manager required for a large scale MOD project in the West Midlands, security clearance will be a requirement for this role. This M&E Contracts Manager can come from either bias mechanical or electrical with a proven track record of managing projects cradle to grave.
