Weâre looking for a strategic and creative Content Manager to join our fastâpaced, highly collaborative Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a fastâmoving environment, and is excited to test content ideas that drive engagement.
From social and email to web, retail and beyond, youâll shape the stories that connect us with our audiences, working with teams across the organization to uncover content opportunities and ensure our brand shows up with impact everywhere it lives. Youâll also provide leadership to our inâhouse creatives, partnering with them to turn strategies and stories into compelling visual content. Key responsibilities: Lead content planning endâtoâendâfrom ideation and research through executionâ across all owned channels (email, social, web, video, and more).
Write and edit clear, compelling, onâbrand copy that aligns with our tone, style guide, and channel best practices. Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts that support brand storytelling and campaign needs. Conduct research and leverage insights (audience behavior, SEO, market trends) to inform content decisions and identify highâvalue opportunities.
Use analytics to guide content performance, optimization, and experimentation, delivering preâ and postâcampaign reporting with actionable recommendations. Build and manage a 12âmonth content plan aligned to business priorities, brand initiatives, and channel opportunities. Execute strategies across social, email, newsletters, and additional owned platforms.
Provide strong creative briefs, direction, and feedback to design partners, collaborating closely to bring content to life. Partner with crossâfunctional stakeholdersâ including Regional Sales, Community TV, People & Culture, Marketing Managers and othersâ to ensure stories are accurate, aligned, and impactful. Attend project meetings, gather business requirements, and translate them into clear content deliverables.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging formats, and evolving content trends, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities. Provide website, social media, and content analytics to guide content performance and strategic adjustments. Troubleshoot contentârelated technical issues in collaboration with the IT team.
Organization & Accountability Manage timelines, workflows, and editorial calendars to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to deadlines. Maintain editorial standards, uphold brand tone, and ensure consistency across all content outputs. Track content through the full editorial processâ from creation to review, approval, and publishing.
Collaborate effectively in a fastâmoving environment, fostering strong relationships and shared ownership across teams. Oversee the social media budget, ensuring accurate monthly forecasting and tracking. Lead and Develop Provide dayâtoâday leadership to a small team of graphic designers, fostering a creative, motivated, and highâperforming environment.
Champion effective design processes and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and crossâfunctional collaboration. Lead by example by modeling high creative standards, constructive feedback, and a solutionsâoriented mindset. Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in marketing and communications, journalism, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years in content development and publishing. Leadership experience required. Experience and publishing capabilities with all social platforms.
