Role Summary The professional will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, contractual labour administration, leave & attendance governance, and HR audit compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws and hands-on experience in workforce compliance management. Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.

Manage contractual labour compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, documentation). Oversee leave & attendance records and coordinate payroll inputs. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Maintain compliance registers and close audit observations within timelines. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance & labour law management. Strong knowledge of statutory regulations.

Experience in managing contractual workforce. Good analytical and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
