This role is responsible for driving projects forwardcoordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. This position is ideal for a construction professional who takes pride in ownership, values clear communication, and performs well in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions. Key Responsibilities Manage restoration construction projects from initial scope through final completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines Review estimates and collaborate with estimators on supplements and change orders Monitor budgets and maintain expected gross margins Communicate proactively with clients, setting clear expectations throughout the project Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies Maintain professional jobsite conditions, including quality, safety, and cleanliness Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Oversee punch list completion and project closeout documentation Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and permitting processes Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Client-focused mindset with sound judgment under pressure Contract negotiation skills Valid drivers license and clean driving record About Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver For more than 20 years, Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver has delivered trusted restoration and reconstruction services throughout the region.
