Construction Operations Manager

Job Description Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel, supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership. Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications: Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong working knowledge of construction terms, estimating, scheduling, and skilled in reading and understanding construction documents.

Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams.
