You must be passionate about people, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and open to learning and developing yourself and others.
You will strive to be an expert within your field and participate in our Back to the Mulberry Spirit strategy. Responsibilities You will develop the best team: create a high performing team where diversity is celebrated and every individual feels valued, respected, and included. You will develop and maintain key customer relationships using instore CRM tools to support you and your team.
You will be commercially driven: continually demonstrate a commitment to driving the business. You will be influential and develop a network around you to help deliver goals and accelerate store growth. You will demonstrate expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
You will lead and deliver operational excellence showing respect and consideration for people, product and the environment.
