Job Responsibilities Develop composite component and assembly designs DfM including tooling concepts and process selection Structural analysis, linear and non-linear analysis of composite structures using FEA Produce technical reports and analysis summaries Skill Required Composite Design Experience of 5 years plus in industry Experience of FEA, performing structural analysis of composite structures Able to support the wider business, in projects and identifying new opportunities You will have ownership of projects, so you should be well versed in planning and delivering packages of work, scheduling and budgeting Compensation & Other Benefits £40,000 to £60,000 (based on experience in Composite Design) Private Healthcare, Pension, and Life Assurance Funded Professional Training & Development Hybrid/Flexible working (typically 3&2) You will be required to hold a Full UK Driving Licence as travel will be involved from time to time.
