Compliance and Quality Manager โ€“ Food Industry Bristol, Permanent or Interim Salary: ยฃ70,000 plus ยฃ5,000 car allowance and benefits. Overview As part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the head of the site, we seek a dynamic leader to become the technical lead overseeing quality, food safety, compliance, and hygiene throughout the site. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of quality, food safety, and legal compliance on site.

Drive process, product, and technical improvements. Coach and mentor stakeholders on compliance requirements and develop audit systems. Act as the site contact for external agencies regarding compliance matters.

Lead site audits to ensure processes and documentation support success. Analyze and proactively identify and assess issues. Interact with clients to address concerns and provide solutions.

Drive improvements across metrics within the technical management scope. Qualifications and Experience Proven track record in a technical role within food manufacturing. Management experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of compliance and hygiene standards in food manufacturing. HACCP qualified. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
