Compliance Analyst - AML (Miami)

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of professional compliance background, fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish, and a completed undergraduate degree. Responsibilities: Execute comprehensive due diligence checks for both commercial and retail clients.

Evaluate automated alerts and manual reports to monitor financial activities. Examine customer accounts to detect any inconsistencies or missing data and report findings accordingly. Assist in drafting regulatory documents related to unusual financial behavior.

Compare expected client behavior against actual account activity to pinpoint potential risks. Comply strictly with all internal guidelines and federal banking regulations. Qualifications: 2+ years of background working within the regulatory space.

A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally within business or finance. Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish. Prior experience utilizing standard transaction monitoring systems and screening databases.

A strong grasp of global and domestic regulatory frameworks regarding financial crimes. Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable for this role. Capable of writing detailed and clear investigative reports without relying on constant supervision.
