Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Description Job Description A Fort Lauderdale Law Firm has an opening for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney. You will work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, and property management agreements. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.

Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments. Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process. Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate investments and developments.

Qualifications: 7+ years of commercial real estate experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
